Fun game to play with annoyances

Ok I will admit chinese is not my first language so some of what Im saying can be taken with a grain of salt. The game is spectacular from the graphics side. The gameplay and controls are fluid. I just hate the lack of support for when there are problems though. If an AppStore in game purchase fails who do you contact?
